The factory can flexibly select the coating method according to the finished product requirements and coating parameters.

 In general, the advantages and disadvantages of smooth coating and reverse coating are as follows. Generally, the primer is applied with a smooth coating, and the top-coat and the back paint are reversely coated. In addition, the three-roller coating has good leveling and high precision with respect to the two rollers. However, the adjustment of the three-roller coating is difficult, and it is mostly used to produce home appliances or automobile panels. At present, most of the production lines mainly used for building materials use two-roll coating.
