When we buy colored steel coil, we have a situation, sometimes the product is not combined with what is needed, or the number is not accurate, so the use of colored steel coil product is defective, which requires us to determine the total number of meters of the product for rational use.
- Calculate the weight according to the thickness of the color plate and the ratio of steel to steel, the formula is: total weight/thickness/width/density = meters;
- Use a ruler to measure the total thickness of the color plate, and use the principle of PI to measure the length of each circle.
- Practical formula: 127.4 divided by the thickness of the colored coil (e.g. 0.35) divided by the actual width of the colored coil (e.g. 1.2 m) is equal to the number of meters per ton.
According to our understanding, three methods can be used to calculate the total number of rice in the color steel coil. We can refer to the above methods. The recommended thickness and width of small size can be very good.
