Integrated Cover-coating and Back-coating Machine

Overview:
To guarantee the precise coating, the printing machine can coat the steel plate by means of direct coating, reverse coating or whole reverse coating.
1.The front face and the back face of steel plate can be coated simultaneously, and the heads of the two coating machines for the front face and back face all have drive equipment.
2.The coating machine heads for the front face and back face are set on the slideway, when the joint part of steel plate passes, the two coating machine heads controlled by the hydraulic cylinder or air cylinder act to separate the coating roller from the steel plate, so as to prevent the coating roller from being damaged.
3.The heads of the coating machines for the front face and the back face have one paint tray respectively, and the paint tray can control the height; and the paint tray is designed as a recyclable paint system.
4.Each feeding roller and each coating roller are driven by AC motor.
5.By changing the rotating speed and rotating direction of each roller and fine adjusting the pressure between steel plate and coating roller, between the coating roller and the feeding roller at the same time, the thickness of the coating can be controlled.
6.The stitching device guarantees there is no holiday when the band strip is in bad shape.
