Four-roller precision coating machine
Overview
1.The coating machine implement high-precision coating to the front face of the steel plate by means of reverse coating.
2.Machine head and corresponding drive device.
3.The machine head is installed on the linear guideway and is driven by air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder. When the joint part of steel plate passes , the coating machine head can separate the coating roller from steel plate to prevent the coating roller being damaged by the joint part.
4.The paint tray can be lifted up and down, and is equipped with paint re-circulating system.
5.Each feeding roller, coating roller, fixed die roller and transfer roller are driven by individual AC motor, and the drive connector is cardan joint. All motor are arranged outside of the coating room.
6.The thickness of the coating is controlled by changing the rotate speed of each roller and the distance between the fixed die roller and transfer roller.
7.The fixed die roller is equipped with scraper blade.
