Recoiler- color coating line

After the steel strip come out from exit loope, the strip eliminates joint by dividing shear, sampling, volume and finally enters the recoiler for winding. the high-speed shear designed to match the fast speed and shearing requirement of the color coating line. it should guarantee the straightness and parallelism requirements of the steel sheets to make it be high quality.

After shearing, the head of the steel strip is coiled up onto the winding drum, and after the winding tension is established, the strip will immediately run at a speed higher than that of process section to unload the strip in the exit looper for the winding operation of next coil. The rolled coil is unloaded from the winding drum by the coil stripper car, and then transported to the package area. after packing, the finished coils are transported by crane or forklift to the stock area , and wait for delivery to customers.
